General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

NA Living Design – Interior Design & E-Design, Switzerland

​

1. Scope of application

​

​These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, offers, and services provided by NA Living Design to customers in Switzerland. Any deviating agreements must be made in writing.

 


2. Services

​

​NA Living Design offers services in the areas of interior design, room planning, color and material concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, e-design, and coordination with craftsmen.
The exact services are specified in the respective offer, cost estimate, or contract.


3. Conclusion of contract


A contract is concluded upon written confirmation of an offer or acceptance of a cost estimate.


4. Fees and terms of payment

 

  • ​Remuneration is based on the agreed hourly rate or flat rates (e.g., for packages or e-design).

  • Alternatively, a percentage of the project budget may be agreed upon.

  • As a rule, a deposit of 30% is due upon placement of the order, a further partial payment at the start of the project, and the remaining amount upon completion.

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.

 

5. Material and external costs​

​

Costs for furniture, materials, decoration, craftsmen's services, or external services are not included in the fee and are settled directly between the customer and the respective suppliers/craftsmen.

 

 

6. Responsibility & liability​

​

  • NA Living Design is responsible for the design, planning, and coordination, but is not liable for the professional execution of the work by third parties (e.g., craftsmen, suppliers).

  • We are not responsible for the deadlines and delivery times of partner companies.​

  • Claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.​

 

 

7. Copyright

​

All designs, mood boards, visualizations, and plans are the intellectual property of NA Living Design.

Any transfer or use outside the agreed project requires written consent.

 

 

8. Withdrawal & Cancellation

​

  • If an order is canceled by the customer, the services rendered up to that point will be invoiced.

  • Any deposits already paid will not be refunded.

 

 

9. Data protection

​

Customers' personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for project processing.

 

 

10. Final provisions

​

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

 

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of NA Living Design.
